Centennial Discovery is unique in its ability to dynamically track the physical location of all IP-addressable hardware on the network. Thanks to its ability to map ports and switches against physical locations, it's easy to pinpoint where in the organisation assets are currently residing as well as where they have been historically.

Dynamic tracking

When an asset such as a server or network printer moves from one office to another, you want to know about it now, not next week. That’s why Discovery’s location tracking is dynamic - immediately updating the database (and alerting administrators if desired) to reflect the current position.

When there’s a problem with a PC or other device, knowing exactly where in the organisation to send an engineer can be vital to a speedy resolution. By combining the location of assets with a full report on configuration can cut on-site engineer visits by as much as 80 percent.

Graphically map the network
