  • Complete life cycle tracking of any asset
    Every time a change is made to an asset, AssetDesk creates a log entry detailing who made the change as well as the previous field value.

  • Associated file attachments and document library
    Users can upload key files directly to the AssetDesk database and associate them to individual assets.

  • Multiple, customisable asset types
    AssetDesk inventory data is stored against style templates. These templates contain a range of user-defined fields that allow users to store item specific information.

  • All asset activities and deployments can be scheduled and tracked
    If an asset is due for servicing or is being leased to a third-party, AssetDesk can record these events as well as the time the asset is due to be returned.

  • Integration
    With AssetDesk's External Database Integration, users can link assets to any existing OLEDB compliant data source. AssetDesk also provides advanced synchronisation capabilities with Microsoft Active Directory™.
