SupportDesk Active Directory IntegrationDuration: 1/2 Day – Remote control session Overview The SupportDesk Navigator Tree can be set up to Integrate with Microsoft Active Directory™ to show all moves, additions, deletions and changes to assets. These changes are automatically reflected in the Navigator Tree, a visual representation of the SupportDesk configuration database (CMDB). A Richmond Systems consultant will go through the customisable extract wizard to populate the navigator with information from Microsoft Active Directory™ to make it available with service desk. Benefits & Deliverables This remote control session will setup the SupportDesk Navigator Tree to reflect the company Microsoft Active Directory™ structure. This enables the service desk team to raise incidents against items without having to duplicate work when changes are made to user and computers.
