Overview

SupportDesk Self Service Portal can be configured to take the look and feel required for brand consistency. For Managed Service Providers separate profiles can be created to reflect branding for their own customers as an enhanced service. Customers can also be trained to action changes on stylesheets for the future configuration.

Prerequisites

SupportDesk must have been setup with the core implementation

  • Creation of images for closer branding
  • Background included to match customer intranet or website where possible
