Measuring Customer Satisfaction

Understanding your customer’s perception of the service they are receiving is invaluable in keeping them satisfied and driving continuous service improvement programme's. SupportDesk provides integrated customer satisfaction features that allow helpdesk staff to optionally send customer satisfaction surveys to customers, either individually or to a group based on a search criteria.

Set-up of satisfaction surveys is straightforward using the Setup Console and surveys are very easy to deploy and complete; Helpdesk staff simply click a button, which sends an email to the customer with a URL link to complete a short on-line survey. Results are consolidated, analysed and viewed through the Management Console reporting module.
