Incident Data Visibility Configuration

Each available field and tab page is listed here. Simply set the visibility state of the item by checking or un-checking the checkbox next to the item description. A description of each of the items available is given in the table below:

Field

The ID of the user who first logged the Incident.

Incident Log Date

The date and time at which the Incident was logged.

Rescode

The Incidents selected Resolution Code (if applicable).

Incident Resolution Field
