This screen allows you to customise the text displayed in certain areas of the Self Service Portal so that it can be further tailored to suit your requirements. For the majority of installations, all the will need to change is the text relating to the Self Service Portals Contact Us page so that it displays your own organisations address details and telephone numbers etc, however; items such as the Add Incident wizards step text and the Add RFC screen can be modified if necessary.
To modify any of the available application dialogs; simple select the required entry from the list and change the text to be displayed using the textbox provided. Lastly, click on the Save button to update your changes.
