The RFC List displays all Service Desk RFCs that the user is associated with. The columns displayed here depend on what settings have been applied to the users Customer Settings Group. See RFC List for more information on configuration.
Users can sort and group information in the same way as when viewing the Incident List.
Note:
Navigator traversing that applies to Incidents does not apply to the RFC List and users are shown only RFCs which they are associated with.
