Configuration Management Navigator Tree

The SupportDesk Navigator Tree is a graphical representation of all your components.  This structure provides parent/child relationships between hardware, software, location and users. The flexibility of the Navigator Tree allows for easy adaptation to any environment whether it is internal support, external support, facilities management, and much more.

Data Integration

As part of the SupportDesk solution we provide live data links and import mappings to market leading System Management Solutions such as Centennial Discovery and Microsoft® SMS. These System Management Solutions can feed hardware and software information into SupportDesk giving the Service Desk up to date valuable information on IT components automatically.

SupportDesk integrates with Microsoft® Active Directory for automatically displaying real-time information on Users and Computers.

Configuration Items

An unlimited number of Configuration Item (CI) templates can be created to fit any requirement. Customisable attributes can be defined to record information against computers, servers, network devices, printers, and other component. 

• Service Level Agreements can be associated to individual Items
• Documentation can be attached to each Item
• Requests for Change can be raised against an individual Item
• CI's can be associated to Incident and Problem records
