Implementation and Configuration

SupportDesk can be implemented and configured with little disruption to the day to day activities of the service desk. The server configuration requires no downtime, and can be installed and tested by a Richmond Systems Technical Consultant during the implementation phase. Configuration of the system is simple, and completed using the SupportDesk Setup Console.

For large or complex system setup, a member of the Project Management Team at Richmond Systems can help you plan the configuration to ensure every aspect of the system is implemented correctly.
