SupportDesk Training

How do you get the most from your new investment in SupportDesk or AssetDesk and the people who will be using the software? One of the best ways is through an instructor led training courses.  All our products and solutions offer excellent out-of-the box functionality however, training is essential in order to get the best possible ROI.

So if training is required for a new deployment or when new staff are brought into the support team we can offer tailored training courses in a variety of styles and settings. Both system administrator and support technicians can be trained, either on your site, or at Richmond Systems offices in Haslemere, Surrey.

Training can be one to one, lecture style, or hands on practical lessons, and will cover both SupportDesk in general and any customisation's that have been implemented.
