Configuring the IIS Session Timeout

Once the web reports module is installed the system administrator may wish to increase the default session timeout for the application. By default this is set to 20 minutes, however it may be that some users leave the application open in their web browser for longer periods than this and so a higher timeout may be required. This can be done by modifying the applications’ configuration settings within IIS.
