Configuring the Report Scheduler Service Controller

SupportDesk 6.72 provides the ability to schedule reports to be run on future dates. In order for the scheduling to operate the Report Scheduler Service needs to be running.

  1. Click on Start à All Programs à Richmond Systems à Report Scheduler Service Controller
  2. Set the polling interval and start the service.
