Logging In

Open your web browser and navigate to the web reports module login page. Your system administrator will be able to provide you with the address of the site if you are unsure.

At the login prompt, enter your SupportDesk user id and password in the fields provided. Next, press the Login button, which will direct you to the web reports module main window.
