The report scheduling view allows you to configure SupportDesk’s report scheduling functionality. This functionality is also available from the SupportDesk Setup Console if required. A separate Windows Service is installed as part of the Web Reports Module. This controls the execution and delivery of scheduled reports. For more information on configuring the Report Service Controller see section 5.3 on page 11.

Scheduled reports are based on User Defined Reports so that the report parameters are already set. The next sections cover the creation of user-defined reports and their functionality. Section 8 on page 25 describes how to schedule reports.
