Scheduling Reports from the Web Reporting Module

Scheduled reports are based on User Defined Reports so that the report parameters are already set. The scheduling configuration then allows you to set the time period for which the report applies, the point in time when the report is created, and number of times and frequency at which subsequent reports are created (if required).

Reports can be scheduled through the Setup Console and the Web Reporting Module. Access to web scheduling via the web is controlled in the SetUp Console. There are two places where settings can be applied:
